[Opinion] UK AI Safety Institute and open source

We backed the wrong approach and we're fixing it by renaming ourselves. I am so full of confidence ... not. Oh dear, anthropic to be used throughout government. Hmmm, this should not be allowed anywhere near policy makers until the models are investigated for biases towards market benefit rather than societal benefit.

Ok, ok, I can't leave it there. I do like the UK being a Brit, so ... FTFY
